Welcome to the official website of the Greene County Bar Association, which is nestled in the northern Catskill mountains in upstate New York. Greene County rests within the Third Judicial District and the Third Department (Appellate Division). The GCBA membership is comprised of both newly admitted and experienced lawyers, judges, court personnel, law students, government (federal, state, or local) employees, and other legal professionals. While members practice throughout New York State, and many practitioners in other states, most GCBA members largely practice at the Greene County Courthouse.
